Original Seascape Painting

Years ago I was on a ferry somewhere off Hatteras Island (I think I was leaving Ocracoke) and saw this "cliff." The light on it was beautiful and, while I think it was man-made, it reminded me of an original seascape painting Monet would have painted. It's taken me years to finally make this first attempt at capturing the beauty of the scene.
